Positive COVID-19 cases dropped from 127 to 103 in Monday’s weekly Center for Well-Being report. Those numbers do not reflect all of the results from last week’s mass testing.

Minnesota rolled out a new smartphone app Monday, called COVIDaware MN, that notifies users if they have been exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19.
