There were 11 pieces in total, ranging from rap and saxophone solos to vocal ensembles. Some of the work was even improvised on the spot.

Mississippi River crests; water levels cause problems for crew team
The Mississippi River crested in St. Paul Wednesday and remained at 19 feet Wednesday evening. The high water levels have caused difficulties for the St. Thomas crew team, which has not been able to practice on the river yet.
Golf teams hit the links on virtual green
The men’s and women’s golf teams are practicing through the long Minnesota winter in a golf training room, equipped with a golf simulation screen.
Students compete in Singing Bee
The contestants chose songs by spinning a wheel until it landed on anything from Tom Petty to Taylor Swift. The top finishers were awarded prizes.
