Study finds checking email on mobile phones preferred to Internet
A study published by The Huffington Post states that teenagers and young adults prefer checking email on mobile phones over checking it on the Internet, a trend that some St. Thomas students said they agreed with.
Sleep tight, don’t let the bed bugs bite
Two St. Thomas students, one who lived on campus and one who lives off campus, have had problems with bed bugs. However, Director of Residence Life Aaron Macke said it has not been an issue at the university.
Eating disorder recovery group created for students
The new group is open to anyone who is aware of a current or previous unhealthy relationship with food, eating or body image.
Reconstruction in Murray-Herrick poses temporary inconvenience for students
Construction is underway in the Murray-Herrick Campus Center, forcing some students to make changes to their everyday routines. The renovations are expected to be done in June.

Double Map Technology will allow students to track university shuttles
Undergraduate Student Government is working with a company called Double Map Technology to develop a tool that will allow students to track St. Thomas’ inter-campus shuttles through GPS on their smartphones or computers.
