After three consecutive overtime games, the Tommie women’s soccer team was visibly relieved to settle this one in regulation.

The event was a collaborative effort by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources Adopt-a-River initiative and internal university organizations such as the Green Team and the Physical Plant’s Sustainability Committee.
Tommies take first in MIAC, shut out Augsburg 17-0
The Tommie rushing attack may have been the difference in the game, as they outrushed the Auggies 331 to 114. Senior Colin Tobin led the way with 155 yards, and senior quarterback Dakota Tracy added 124.
Fire demonstration raises awareness
The smoke and fire was from the mock burn demonstrations sponsored by the Michael Larson Memorial Fund and the St. Paul Fire Department.
Tommies defeat Johnnies 63-7 in record-breaking day
Senior quarterback Dakota Tracy threw five touchdown passes, three to senior receiver Fritz Waldvogel, and ran for another. Senior running back Colin Tobin rushed for two more touchdowns.

More than 10,400 fans filled O’Shaughnessy Stadium. Extra security was brought in for the event, including police officers on horses.

The No. 3-ranked Tommies got two touchdowns from senior running back Colin Tobin in their 48-30 road victory over Concordia-Moorhead.

The No. 21-ranked Tommies are now 4-1.

Big scores from senior running back Colin Tobin and yardage from senior wide receiver Fritz Waldvogel, now St. Thomas’ all-time leader in receiving yards, helped secure the win over St. Olaf 49-14.
St. Kate’s fashion show features two St. Thomas students
St. Thomas juniors Melanie Becicka and Yevette Willaert, who are also fashion and apparel majors at St. Kate’s through the ACTC program, produced mini clothing lines for the show in their pattern-making class.
