SEOUL, South Korea (AP) — Concerned relatives raced to hospitals in search of their loved ones Sunday as South Korea mourned the deaths of more than 150 people, mostly in their 20s and 30s, who got trapped and crushed after a huge Halloween party crowd surged into a narrow alley in a nightlife district in Seoul.
Individual arrested on St. Thomas campus
The St. Paul Police Department arrested an individual Wednesday afternoon outside of Flynn Hall on St. Thomas’ St. Paul campus. Police officers worked with St. Thomas Public Safety officers to make the arrest, according to Dean of Students Linda Baughman.
Emergency alert error includes St. Thomas
The University of St. Thomas’ St. Paul campus was unintentionally included in a shelter-in-place alert Tuesday morning while Ramsey County authorities searched for a homicide suspect in Roseville, who was later apprehended.
