At St. Olaf College, an off-campus party has forced 50 students to quarantine and suspended 17 students for the fall semester, St. Olaf President David Anderson wrote in a message to students Thursday. The party was attended by a large group of students before moving into campus housing.

St. Thomas is requiring all undergraduate students living, working or attending classes on campus to electronically sign the “Common Good Commitment,” before returning for fall 2020, according to an email sent by university President Julie Sullivan Tuesday evening.
President Julie Sullivan sent the completed COVID-19 Preparedness Plan to the St. Thomas community Tuesday, which includes a regular fall schedule and a requirement for students and faculty to wear face coverings in indoor common areas.
