Authorities said they have not established a motive in a shooting outside a suburban Minneapolis that left one student dead and another critically injured.
The students were shot Tuesday outside South Education Center in Richfield and police arrested two teen suspects at separate locations later in the day.
A 15-year-old student was killed and a 17-year-old student was critically injured. A third student at the school was hurt but officials were unsure if it was from gunfire.
Police said they will charge the suspects today.
Biden said the leader of the violent Islamic State group was killed during an overnight raid carried out by U.S. special forces in Syria.
The raid targeted the ISIS leader, who took over as head of the militant group last fall.
The operation came as IS has been trying for a resurgence, with a series of attacks in the region, including a 10-day assault late last month to seize a prison. Thirteen died in the attack.
A major winter storm with millions of Americans in its path ran across the country on Thursday, knocking out power to more than 100,000 homes and businesses and disrupting thousands of flights.
Forecasters said that along the warmer side of the storm, strong thunderstorms capable of damaging wind gusts and tornadoes were possible today in parts of Mississippi and Alabama.
