President Trump’s former lawyer Michael Cohen testified before Congress Wednesday casting Trump as a racist and a con man. Cohen claimed that Trump covered up an affair and lied about business interests in Russia during the 2016 election campaign.
After a decade of blind loyalty, Cohen has become the first Trump insider to unveil the inner workings of the President’s political and business operations.
Cohen claimed that Trump had advance knowledge of the emails that damaged Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign. While Cohen does not possess evidence that Trump colluded with Russia, he has his suspicions.
Cohen, who has pleaded guilty to lying to Congress, will spend three years in prison.
