The 24-year-old man accused of throwing a child from the third floor balcony last month at the Mall of America, Emmanuel Aranda, is expected to appear in court today.

Last month, Aranda threw a 5-year-old boy from the third floor balcony at the Mall Of America. The child plummeted nearly 40 feet, suffering head trauma and multiple broken bones, but he is no longer in critical condition.

Rediscovered remains of Nazi Resistance members were laid to rest on Monday.

“The Nazis worried that the graves of the resistance fighters could become martyrs’ cemeteries, so to speak, and they wanted to avoid this,” German Resistance Memorial Center Director Johannes Tuchel said.

A memorial service will be held for Colorado shooting hero, Kendrick Castillo, on Wednesday. Castillo, a student from Colorado, died last Tuesday trying to subdue a gunman at the Stem School Highlands Ranch.

The world stock market stabilized Tuesday morning after falling more than 600 points Monday in response to a trade war with China. It was the worst day on Wall Street since January.
