The presidency hangs in a balance Wednesday morning, as the United States awaits final election results. Tight races in battleground states, Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania are proving more crucial for who wins the White House than expected. A small lead for Biden came in Michigan and Wisconsin from a late burst of votes. Hundreds of thousands of votes remain outstanding in Pennsylvania. It is unclear when a winner will be determined.

Joe Biden won Minnesota’s 10 electoral votes. His win dashed Trump’s hopes to be the first Republican candidate to take the state since Richard Nixon in 1972. Rallies that included a visit to Rochester on October 30. Biden won Minnesota by over 7%.
