The St. Thomas Women’s Golf Team had a record-breaking day on Monday with a fourth-place finish at the Redbird Invitational.

The team was led by junior Isabelle Lynch who finished the final 18 holes with a 69, the new single-round program low.

Aaron Rodgers suffered an apparent Achilles injury in the New York Jets’ victory over Buffalo Monday night.

The Jets quarterback threw only one pass before he was hurt. The severity of his injury is not yet known.

The Minnesota Twins lost to Tampa Bay Monday night 7-4. It was a costly win for Tampa Bay, which lost center fielder Jose Siri when he was hit in the fifth inning by a pitch from Dylan Floro.

The two teams play again today at Target Field.
