On Oct. 22, 2013 at 1:23 a.m., Public Safety responded to a noise complaint on the east patio of Flynn Residence Hall. Four underage students were found to have consumed alcohol, and two of the students also possessed alcohol.
On Oct. 22, 2013 at 10:06 a.m., Public Safety documented suspicious activity outside of Ireland Memorial Library. A shell casing, found by a St. Thomas student near the east exterior of Ireland Library, was secured as found property inventory.
On Oct. 23, 2013 at 9:31 a.m., Public Safety documented suspicious activity in Morrison Hall. A St. Thomas student reported an unidentified individual has been shaking the door handle of her secured residence in Morrison for the past several mornings.
On Oct. 23, 2013 at 8:57 p.m., Public Safety documented a theft near Selby Avenue and Finn Street. A St. Thomas student reported a license plate had been stolen from his vehicle, which was parked on Selby Avenue near the intersection.
On Oct. 24, 2013 at 4:44 p.m., Public Safety documented suspicious activity at Murray-Herrick Campus Center. A Mail Services staff member reported an anonymous post card with an anti-St. Thomas message was received at the Mail Services office.
On Oct. 24, 2013 at 11:35 p.m., Public Safety reported six liquor law violations in Dowling Residence Hall. Six underage St. Thomas students and one unaffiliated individual were found to have consumed alcohol.
On Oct. 26, 2013 at 11:45 a.m., Public Safety reported damage to property at O’Shaughnessy Stadium. A coach bus transporting a visiting sports team struck a short pillar at the team entrance to the stadium, causing minor damage.
On Oct. 27, 2013 at 9:13 a.m., Public Safety documented property damage on the 1600 block of Marshall Avenue. A St. Thomas student reported an unidentified suspect punched out a small window at their residence then fled the area.
On Oct. 27, 2013 at 12:54 p.m., Public Safety documented a theft at Anderson Student Center. A St. Thomas employee reported their iPad was stolen from their unsecured second floor office.
On Oct. 28, 2013 at 9:59 a.m., Public Safety responded to suspicious activity in Minneapolis Opus Hall. A non-St. Thomas affiliated individual, sleeping in the second floor men’s restroom, was identified by officers and trespassed from campus.
On Oct. 28, 2013 at 10:41 p.m., Public Safety assisted Residence Life with an odor of marijuana in Dowling Residence Hall. A St. Thomas student was found in possession of marijuana and related paraphernalia.
