On Sept. 6 at 9:51 p.m., Public Safety documented a vehicle accident on eastbound Highway 94. The UST shuttle operator reported the shuttle struck the open door of a disabled vehicle, while trying to avoid the vehicle, damaging the side of the shuttle.
On Sept. 6 at 10:31 p.m., Public Safety responded to public urination outside of Aquinas Hall. An underage intoxicated St. Thomas student was sent off campus with a parent.
On Sept. 7 at 9:01 p.m. Public Safety responded to a liquor law violation in Anderson Athletic & Recreation Complex. Two underage St. Thomas students were found to have consumed alcohol; one was impaired and was sent home with parents.
On Sept. 7 at 10:32 p.m., Public Safety and Residence Life responded to an odor of marijuana in Flynn Residence Hall. A St. Thomas student was found in possession of marijuana and related paraphernalia and an underage student was found in possession of alcohol.
On Sept. 8 at 2:14 p.m., Public Safety and St. Paul Fire Department Medics responded to a medical in O’Shaughnessy Stadium. A non-St. Thomas affiliated individual injured playing football was transported by Medics to an area hospital for further medical attention.
On Sept. 8 at 10:48 p.m., Public Safety and the St. Paul Police Department responded to a noise/party complaint on the 1800 block of Marshall Avenue. SPPD cited eight St. Thomas students for underage consumption and one St. Thomas student for social host violation.
On Sept. 9 at 4:39 a.m., Public Safety documented suspicious activity in O’Shaughnessy-Frey Library Center. Pornography was found displayed on a St. Thomas computer terminal.
On Sept. 10 at 9:34 p.m., Public Safety responded to a disturbance on the 2100 block of Summit Avenue. A St. Thomas student, reported to be possibly fighting with an unidentified individual, reported she was just fooling around with a non-St. Thomas affiliated acquaintance.
On Sept. 11 at 1:07 p.m., Public Safety documented property damage in Morrison R3 Ramp. A St. Thomas student reported he backed his vehicle into a pipe in the ramp, breaking a section of the pipe off.
On Sept. 12 at 7:46 a.m., Public Safety documented an attempted burglary in O’Shaughnessy Science Hall. A St. Thomas employee reported someone attempted to forcibly open his secured office, leaving pry marks on his door.
On Sept. 13 at 10:11 p.m., Public Safety reported reckless driving on the Lot B drive aisle. A St. Thomas student was observed driving through the aisle at an unsafe rate of speed.
On Sept. 14 at 2:08 a.m., Public Safety, the St. Paul Police Department and St. Paul Fire Department Medics responded to a medical on the 1800 block of Dayton Avenue. A severely intoxicated St. Thomas student was transported by Medics to an area hospital for further medical attention.
On Sept. 14 at 4:30 p.m., Public Safety documented a robbery at Twelfth Street and Harmon Place. The Minneapolis Police Department reported an unidentified victim was robbed by an unknown suspect.
On Sept. 15 at 12:07 p.m., Public Safety documented a medical at the College of St. Benedict. St. Benedict’s Security reported that a St. Thomas student was transported to an area hospital for medical attention.
On Sept. 15 at 6:41 p.m., Public Safety documented a neighbor complaint on the 2000 block of Portland Avenue. A St. Thomas neighbor reported a bus dropped off a large group of people at a residence on the block.
On Sept. 16 at 3:27 a.m., Public Safety assisted the St. Paul Police Department with a DWI in Lot A. SPPD arrested one St. Thomas student for DWI and cited a second underage student for underage consumption.
On Sept. 17 at 12:53 a.m., Public Safety documented an attempted robbery on an unknown block of 7th Street South. The Minneapolis Police Department reported an unidentified victim was assaulted by an unidentified suspect who attempted to steal the victim’s phone.
On Sept. 18 at 9:21 p.m., Public Safety and the St. Paul Police Department responded to a trespass violation on the Upper Quad. A non-St. Thomas affiliated individual, previously trespassed from campus, was arrested by officers and was cited for trespassing by SPPD.
On Sept. 19 at 8:38 p.m., Public Safety and Residence Life responded to an odor of marijuana in Flynn Residence Hall. Two St. Thomas students were found to have used marijuana and were in possession of related paraphernalia.
On Sept. 20 at 11:13 a.m., Public Safety responded to a medical in Owens Science Hall. A St. Thomas student who fainted in class was escorted by officers to Student Health Services.
On Sept. 21 between 3:46 p.m. and 4:14 p.m., Public Safety documented eight liquor law violations at St. John’s University. St. John’s Safety reported an underage St. Thomas student was found to have consumed alcohol.
On Sept. 22 at 7:05 a.m., Public Safety responded to suspicious activity in Morrison Hall. A St. Thomas student, who had passed out while intoxicated in his bathtub with the water running several hours earlier, was assessed by officers and found not to be in need of further assistance.
On Sept. 23 at 1:10 a.m., Public Safety and the St. Paul Police Department responded to suspicious activity on the 2000 block of Grand Avenue. A non-St. Thomas affiliated individual dumpster diving was identified by SPPD and left the area on foot.
On Sept. 24 at 5:48 p.m., Public Safety reported property damage on the 2100 block of Selby Avenue. A vehicle parked on the block was found with its front passenger window smashed.
