On Nov. 13 at 11:18 a.m., Public Safety documented a narcotics violation at 7th Street and Nicollet Avenue. The Minneapolis Police Department reported a non-UST affiliated suspect, found in possession of stolen property, suspected marijuana and related paraphernalia, was arrested.
On Nov. 13 at 8:33 p.m., Public Safety reported suspicious activity in Ireland Residence Hall. A non-UST affiliated individual, who requested a welfare check of a St. Thomas student in IRE, was later determined to be not known by the student.
On Nov. 14 at 3:19 a.m., Public Safety documented a bicycle theft outside of Ireland Residence Hall. A St. Thomas resident student reported his secured bicycle was stolen from the north IRE bike rack.
On Nov. 14 at 7:37 p.m., Public Safety assisted the Saint Paul Police Department with an investigation in Brady Residence Hall. A St. Thomas student was arrested for a previously reported domestic assault.
On Nov. 15 at 2:47 p.m., Public Safety and Residence Life responded to an anonymous complaint of an illegal drug sale in Brady Residence Hall. An underage St. Thomas student, reported to be selling prescription medication, was found in possession of alcohol.
On Nov. 15 at 10:07 p.m., Public Safety documented a theft in Anderson Athletic and Recreation Complex. A Physical Plant staff member reported his MP3 player was stolen from a first floor maintenance closet.
On Nov. 16 at 12:48 a.m., Public Safety and Residence Life responded to a liquor law violation in Cretin Residence Hall. A severely intoxicated underage St. Thomas student, also found in possession of alcohol and fake ID, was sent home with a parent.
On Nov. 16 at 10:09 a.m., Public Safety documented property damage at Anderson Student Center loading dock. A St. Thomas vendor’s truck, backing into the loading dock, struck the garage door, damaging the door and rendering it inoperable.
On Nov. 17 at 3:02 p.m., Public Safety documented a theft at 7th Street and Nicollet Avenue. Metro Transit Police reported via MPD radio link that a non-UST affiliated suspect was arrested for felony theft.
On Nov. 17 at 9:51 p.m., Public Safety responded to a liquor law violation in Brady Residence Hall. Four underage St. Thomas students and four underage guests were found to have consumed alcohol, one student and all guests were also sent home with sober caregivers.
On Nov. 18 at 2:43 a.m., Public Safety and St. Paul Fire Department Medics responded to a medical outside of Dowling Residence Hall. A severely intoxicated St. Thomas student of legal age was transported by Medics to an area hospital for further medical attention.
On Nov. 18 at 8:38 a.m., Public Safety reported suspicious activity in Murray-Herrick Campus Center. A St. Thomas student sleeping in the first floor lounge, who said he had been drinking the night before and had a fight with a girlfriend, was identified and sent off campus.
On Nov. 19 at 3:47 p.m., Public Safety documented suspicious activity in Minneapolis Opus Hall. A St. Thomas faculty member reported an unidentified individual had stopped by his office area several times over the past month and left suspicious notes for him.
On Nov. 19 at 8:57 a.m., Public Safety responded to an anonymous complaint of suspicious odor in Flynn Residence Hall. Two St. Thomas students were found to have covered a smoke detector and used a hookah in their residence in violation of policy.
On Nov. 20 at 9:15 a.m., Public Safety assisted an employee with an emergency phone call in Morrison Hall. The employee required assistance with contacting 911 for his wife, who was experiencing a medical emergency off campus.

On Nov. 21 at 2:33 a.m., Public Safety documented a policy violation in Dowling Residence Hall. Two male guests of a female student present in DOW past visitation hours, and instructed to leave by Residence Life, were later found attempting to get back into the building.
On Nov. 21 at 8:05 p.m., Public Safety documented possession of stolen property in Flynn Residence Hall. Residence Life staff reported metal barricades belonging to a St. Thomas vendor were discovered in a residence during holiday room checks.
On Nov. 22 at 12:26 a.m., Public Safety documented a suspicious activity on the 1900 block of Portland Avenue. A St. Thomas student reported an unidentified individual open and closed the exterior screen door of her residence.
On Nov. 22 at 12:11 p.m., Public Safety documented traffic enforcement at 11th Street and Nicollet Avenue. The Minneapolis Police Department reported a non-UST affiliated suspect was arrested.
On Nov. 23 at 8:04 p.m., Public Safety assisted Residence Life with an odor of marijuana in Flynn Residence Hall. Two underage St. Thomas students were found in possession of alcohol and a non- UST guest was found in possession of marijuana.
On Nov. 24 at 3:13 a.m., Public Safety reported a domestic assault in Morrison Hall. A St. Thomas student had a physical altercation with his intoxicated underage non-UST affiliated girlfriend, who left campus with a parent.
On Nov. 24 at 8:33 p.m., Public Safety documented an aggravated robbery at SuperAmerica at 2151 Grand Ave. The St. Paul Police Department reported an unidentified armed suspect stole cash and fled the area on foot.
On Nov. 25 at 5:06 p.m., Public Safety documented suspicious activity in Morrison R2 Ramp. An unidentified suspect was reported to have forcibly opened the gate arm, allowing multiple vehicles to leave without paying.
On Nov. 25 at 7:01 p.m., Public Safety documented property damage in Lot M. A St. Thomas student reported the front passenger window was smashed and his vehicle rummaged through, but no items were taken.
On Nov. 26 at 7:43 a.m., Public Safety reported damage to property at the MacPhail Building. A first floor window on the east side of the building was found smashed, but no other damage was found.

On Nov. 27 at 6:43 p.m., Public Safety documented a theft in O’Shaughnessy-Frey Library Center. A St. Thomas student reported her unattended phone was stolen from the library.

On Nov. 28 at 3:18 p.m., Public Safety documented a theft in O’Shaughnessy-Frey Library Center. A St. Thomas student reported his unattended laptop was stolen from the second floor of library.
On Nov. 29 at 1:57 a.m., Public Safety reported suspicious activity in Morrison R2 Ramp. A window missing from a St. Thomas student’s vehicle was later reported by the student to be as a result of the window not working.
On Nov. 29 at 6:02 p.m., Public Safety and St. Paul Fire Department Medics responded to a medical at Cleveland and Marshall Avenues. A St. Thomas student, struck by a vehicle while crossing against the light, was assisted by Medics and declined further medical attention.
On Nov. 30 at 1:57 a.m., Public Safety and the St. Paul Police Department responded to disorderly conduct on the Upper Quad. A St. Thomas student, causing a disturbance with other students, was arrested and taking off campus by SPPD after becoming aggressive with officers.
On Nov. 30 at 12:14 p.m., Public Safety documented a Hit and Run in Lot A. A student reported his parked vehicle was struck and the passenger side door and rear panel were dented and scratched.
On Dec. 1 at 12:05 a.m., Public Safety reported arson in Morrison Hall. A St. Thomas student was determined to be responsible for a localized fire alarm after admitting he willfully burned toilet paper in his residence.
On Dec. 1 at 3:07 p.m., Public Safety documented a burglary on the 2000 block of Selby Avenue. A St. Thomas neighbor reported an unidentified individual entered his unsecured residence and stole a replica sports trophy, then fled the area on foot.
On Dec. 2 at 11:25 a.m., Public Safety documented property damage in Morrison R2 Ramp. A St. Thomas student reported his parked motorcycle was knocked over and sustained minor damage to side bumpers.
On Dec. 2 at 5:10 p.m., Public Safety performed a welfare check in Brady Residence Hall. A St. Thomas student, anonymously reported to have made threatening statements, was located safe at his residence, but was also in possession of marijuana related paraphernalia.
On Dec. 3 at 7:16 a.m., Public Safety responded to a suspicious person in Koch Commons. A non-UST affiliated juvenile, sleeping in lower level KOC, was taken off campus by the St. Paul Police Department.
On Dec. 3 at 7:51 p.m., Public Safety responded to a medical in Morrison Hall. A St. Thomas student who cut her thumb while working in Anderson Student Center was assisted by an officer and declined further medical attention.
On Dec. 4 at 4:07 a.m., Public Safety and St. Paul Fire Department Medics responded to a medical in Physical Plant. A St. Thomas employee experiencing chest pains was assisted by Medics and declined further medical attention.
On Dec. 4 at 6:14 a.m., Public Safety documented property damage at the entrance to the Morrison R2 Ramp. A panel on the parking/pay instructions sign at the entrance of the ramp was found to be partially detached.
On Dec. 5 at 1:10 a.m., Public Safety reported indecent exposure on the Lower Quad. Four unidentified individuals ran nude through the area then fled in a vehicle parked on Summit Avenue.
On Dec. 5 at 11:45 a.m., Public Safety documented harassment in Anderson Student Center. A St. Thomas student reported she received unwanted contact from a second student she was formerly in a relationship with.
