St. Thomas softball lost both of their games at South Dakota State thursday.

The Tommies lost game one, 10-1 in five innings against the Jackrabbits.

Junior Coryn Jacobson scored the lone run for the Tommies with a solo home run.

In game two, senior Megan Baniecke and sophomore Maddie Grad both reached by way of a walk but the Tommies lost 10-2.

The Tommies conclude their series at South Dakota State today at 12pm.

This weekend, St. Thomas men’s baseball is set to play its fifth Summit League series of 2022.

Men’s baseball is up against western Illinois in a double header at home today.

Game three of the series will be played on Saturday or Sunday, depending on weather.

The Minnesota Wild will play their final game of the season against the Colorado Avalanche tonight. The Wild are set to face off against the St. Louis Blues in the first round of the playoffs.
