Despite trailing by as many as 13 points during the third quarter, St. Thomas women’s basketball celebrated senior day with a win against North Dakota on Saturday afternoon. 

Senior guard Maggie Negaard scored 21 points and led her team in the comeback victory against the Fighting Hawks.

St. Thomas men’s basketball was swept by North Dakota state, securing the fifth seed in the Summit League playoffs which begin on Sunday. 

Men’s hockey split their weekend series with Bemidji State, securing the seventh seed in the CCHA playoffs which begin on Friday

St. Thomas women’s hockey was swept by Minnesota in the WCHA quarterfinals, where they were outscored 13-2 in the two-game series.
