Baseball began Summit League play this weekend at Northern Colorado. The Tommies defeated the Bears 7-2 Sunday to complete the weekend sweep, marking the first sweep of the season. St. Thomas has an overall record of 8-10 and 3-0 in conference. Baseball hosts South Dakota State this Friday at home.

This Sunday softball lost in the final game of the City of Trees Classic 10-2 to the Santa Clara University Broncos. St. Thomas has an overall record of 4-24. The Tommies begin Summit League play this weekend on the road against the Kansas City Kangaroos.  

March Madness is here. Yesterday marked Selection Sunday, UConn is ranked no. 1 for men’s basketball while South Carolina takes the no.1 for women’s basketball. The NCAA tournament starts up this week for both men’s and women’s.
