The St. Thomas Men’s soccer team won against Milwaukee, with a score of 1-0, in yesterday’s match at South Field. With 5 shots in total, St. Thomas was able to score thanks to Sophomore, Jorge Pacheco’s head shot and Sophomore, Faris Colic’s assist.
Freshman keeper, Moritz Krenc, also managed to get a clean sheet with 5 saves against the Milwaukee team, leaving them with nothing. The team’s upcoming game is away in Illinois this Saturday, October 7th, against Western Illinois.
The women’s volleyball team has their upcoming match against Denver tomorrow, Thursday, October 5th. As well as the Women’s soccer at Kansas City.
The NCAA Division 1 council has now made changes to the transfer portal that allows student-athletes to have only 45 days to enter their name into the portal instead of 60 days.
