The St. Thomas football team beat Lincoln University 43-6 on Saturday, bringing its at-home win streak to 33 games. Next week, they will be in New York against Marist College to start conference play.
The St. Thomas men’s soccer team won its first conference game against Eastern Illinois 2-0 on Saturday. The team’s next game will be against Gonzaga on Sept. 27, at the South Field.
The women’s soccer team won its first conference game against Oral Roberts on Sunday. The team will face Green Bay on Sept. 27, on the road. They currently sit second in the Summit League standings.
The Minnesota Vikings beat the Detroit Lions 28-24 on Sunday by a last minute touchdown from Kirk Cousins to K.J. Osborn. Running back Dalvin Cook injured his shoulder in the third quarter and was ruled out for the remainder of the game.
