After the city of St. Paul restricted parking on the even side of residential streets, some St. Thomas students were left in search of parking near campus.
Campus tobacco ban sees initial success
Students and staff said they have noticed a decrease in tobacco users on campus since St. Thomas’ tobacco ban took effect.
