The man who exchanged gunfire with a St. Paul Police Department officer on Thursday near the University of St. Thomas campus died from a head wound on Friday, according to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension. Senior Content Managing Editor Anya Capistrant-Kinney has the story.
