A come-from-behind goal by first-year forward Blaine Warnert evened the score at three-a-piece with less than five minutes remaining in regulation, forcing the St. Thomas men’s hockey team into overtime and a shootout, where the Tommies lost 4-3 to No. 15 Michigan Tech Friday night at St. Thomas Ice Arena in Mendota Heights.

Tommie mens hockey unable to find back of Husky net, loses 2-0 at the X
After a 12-2 loss in St. Cloud Saturday, the St. Thomas men’s hockey team had improved defense but could not find the back of St. Cloud’s net at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul Sunday, losing 2-0 before a crowd of 4,261.
