The St. Thomas baseball team breezed to a 12-2 victory over Western Illinois Sunday and split the doubleheader Saturday, St. Thomas men’s golf finished day one of the Summit League Championship on Sunday in seventh place, St. Thomas softball suffered a 5-0 loss at South Dakota State on Friday and the Minnesota Wild kick off the playoffs today. St. Thomas baseball lost 6-5 to Mount Mercy University and won 14-1 to Iowa Wesleyan, and Karl-Anthony Towns scored 16 points in the 4th quarter to help the Timberwolves beat the Lakers. Ad/Pr representative Kelly Chisholm has today’s Sports in :60.
