St. Thomas softball won their first game on Sunday against St. Catherine 5-4 on a walk-off hit from senior Sam Birling, but St. Catherine was able to break the Tommies’ eight game home winning streak in the second game, losing 5-2 at South Field. Owen Larson and Casey Eakins have the story.
