The group that oversees high school sports in Minnesota voted overwhelmingly Monday to restart football and volleyball, after deciding earlier to delay both sports until the spring because of the coronavirus.

The University of Wisconsin-Madison has moved all classes online, the Department of Health says the state has received more than 800 complaints of COVID-19 violations at restaurants and bars since mid-July and the Minnesota State High School League is increasing fees as much as 300% in order to make up for losses caused by the coronavirus.
