The Twin Cities metro area will be at risk for fast-moving storm lines that have the potential to bring high winds and possible tornadoes, according to an email from the Department of Public Safety to the St. Thomas community this afternoon.
A late night thunderstorm caused a power outage on the St. Thomas campus early Friday morning, leaving Flynn and Morrison halls and a number of other St. Thomas-affiliated buildings on Grand, Finn and Summit avenues without electricity, according to an email from the St. Thomas Innovation and Technology Services Tech Desk.
