Power outage strikes St. Thomas, trapping student in O’Shaughnessy-Frey Library elevator

The Biden administration is working to distribute several billion dollars in aid for winter heating and utility bills through its $1.9 trillion coronavirus relief package, Gov. New security measures implemented in the library
Students will now be required to scan their ID when entering the O’Shaughnessy-Frey library after 10 p.m. The new protocol, put into effect on Oct. 24th, is due to library staff wanting students, faculty and materials to be safer at night.
