First-year forward Faris Colic scored the lone goal with a header in the 12th minute leading the St. Thomas men’s soccer team to a 1-0 win against Summit League opponent Nebraska-Omaha Saturday at South Field.
The St. Thomas men’s soccer team (0-5-0) suffered their fifth straight loss of the season after a goal 36 minutes into the first half by Drake (3-1-0). Senior forward Bradan Allen punched in the lone goal to win the physical match.
St. Thomas men’s soccer coach, Jon Lowery, was voted MIAC Men’s Soccer Coach of the Year for the 2019 season, his third honor in the last four seasons.
