St. Thomas students walk in the March for Life Jan. 22 in Washington, D.C. as snow starts to fall. The group was stranded for four days as the massive storm pummeled the East Coast.
Season’s first snowstorm dumps 4 inches on metro
Both Minneapolis and St. Paul declared snow emergencies Wednesday afternoon after the Twin Cities area accumulated about 4 inches of snow from late Tuesday night into Wednesday.
