The University of St. Thomas lost power Wednesday morning due to an Xcel Energy outage, in Parkland, Florida, the community is remembering the loss of 14 students and three staff members a year ago today, and The EPA announced Thursday it will move forward with a process that could lead to creating a safety threshold for a group of highly toxic chemicals in drinking water.
