Mickett goes 4-4, St. Thomas softball walks off against South Dakota
The St. Thomas softball team salvaged the weekend series in spectacular fashion Sunday, winning 8-7 at South Field against South Dakota. Sophomore shortstop Sydney Mickett was the hero for the Tommies, hitting a two-run walkoff single in the bottom of the seventh inning to seal the comeback win.

St. Thomas men’s hockey was swept during the CCHA playoffs after falling 3-2 on Friday and 8-2 on Saturday to No. 1 Minnesota State Mankato at Mayo Clinic Health System Event Center in Mankato. The sweep put an end to the Tommies’ inaugural Division I season.
