The St. Thomas administration has created an adjunct faculty task force aimed at addressing concerns raised after a failed union vote in July.
St. Thomas is the second private college in the Twin Cities to vote on union representation for adjunct faculty this summer, and the first to vote “no” to a union.
St. Thomas is the third private school in the Twin Cities to discuss union representation for adjuncts in recent weeks.
