Senior Amy Anderson led the women’s golf team to a third place finish at the MIAC championships Monday at Bunker Hills in Coon Rapids.

Anderson received All-MIAC honors after finishing in a three-way tie for second place and recording a 240. She was joined in All-MIAC distinction by senior teammate Katie Mich, who finished in ninth place. Sophomore Shannon Richter came in 19th.

St. Thomas finished in third without injured senior captain Laura Heck, who took first place both in 2007 and 2008.

The MIAC championships marks the end of the season for the women’s team.
